I HATE daylight savings
I hate daylight savings time. There really isnt another way to put it, I HATE it, really really hate it. Adults understand daylight savings, but babies... dont. Combine daylight savings time with a sick baby and you have a recipe for disaster and exhaustion. This morning Michael slept in until 815... which normally would be heaven, but since we had to be at stake conference by 9 it was a little bit of a problem, but bedtime... well... he showed signs of needing to go to bed around 6pm, which is fairly normal for him, we put him to bed, he cried, he went to sleep... for 20 minutes, then he woke up (around 730), and now at 840 he is still up. He has been out of his bed, diaper changed, fed, given medicine, I have rocked him, gotten in the crib, sang to him, and even good old King George (George Strait) didnt help. Sometimes I wish daylight savings time could just go away...

I'm with you. I woke up this morning and told Rocky, "Have I ever told you that I hate daylight savings time?" His response: "Maybe once or twice" meaning that it's all I could talk about yesterday. I'm sorry that Mikey is sick ... that has got to be no fun for you =(

I agree! Babies really don't understand time zones and daylight savings.
