Don’t worry I am not going to be replacing my Mac with a PC, I really do like my Mac, and all other Apple products (iPods) that we have owned, but there are some things that make me want to switch, namely Apple freaks and Apple Geniuses.
My irritation with Apple begins with a recent issue with my computer- the trackpad (mouse) started to freak out the other day and it needed to be taken in to the Apple store to get fixed. Since the computer is still under warranty (for a few weeks) I thought it would be pretty painfree. Actually getting the part replaced was- it was free, but the process was irritating. In order to get the part replaced I had to take it to the Apple store- not a huge deal except it is far from our house and the people that work there are… not my favorite. Maybe it is just the store we went to, or maybe it is just the culture of the company, but the people at our Apple store look… scary. No really they do, I know that is awful to say, but in this case it is true and I don’t care. Ok so they look scary, I don’t think they would be able to get another job in the mall because they look so scary. So these lovely people are supposed to “help” with the computer issue, and I am sure some of them are so smart, the one I had wasn’t, he seemed more interested in messing with the gauges in his ears and scratching his head than helping. So anyway he takes our order, says he will call when it is ready, doesn’t, and 90 minutes after they take the computer we get back with the mouse replaced (yay!). When we got home there was one slight issue… the mouse worked but the computer wouldn’t boot all the way up, a bigger issue, so I took it get fixed and it got broken… hm… Anyway I fixed it (thank goodness for time machine). But the point is that the whole experience was awful.
The other reason for not liking Apple… Apple people. I saw a few at the store yesterday- you know the people with the iPhone glued to their heads, who clutch an iPad, while working on their Mac. Yeah… the world will not end if you have to separate yourself from these devices, and no, your world is really not 1,000,000,000 times better because you have all 3 and use them all at once. You know the Mac user I am talking about, the one who whips out their computer to show you something or do something that could be done 10,000 times easier by hand or without whatever stupid app they have downloaded. These people annoy me…
But all in all I am grateful my computer is fixed (for free) and that I am not a freaky Mac user… an no I am not switching back to a PC if I can help it, although next time I might make Brian take the computer to the Apple store.

I just listened to a This American Life podcast where some guy gets really annoyed at an Apple store worker and then puts on facebook that he wanted to kill him (as some sort of twisted joke), but he was charged with two felonies because of it. So I guess you're not alone in your frustration with their workers.
