I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. I dont remember anything about it Well that isnt true, this is what I remember. I remember sitting in the chair, the doctor putting the IV and saying it wouldnt hurt, me telling him he lied, but that it hurt less than working on my project which is what I would have been doing, then nothing. I remember waking up because Brian was talking loud, and trying to take the gauze out of my mouth because it was itchy. I remember trying to stay awake while they gave me instructions but not really paying attention. I remember arguing with the nurse about having to ride in a wheelchair, and telling her I could walk (which i so couldnt). I remember getting in the car to fill the prescriptions, and wondering around walmart while they filled the prescriptions. I remember Brian telling me I needed to leave the gauze in or get a milkshake, and refusing to do either. I think we bought a pillow at walmart, and looked for some flannel. I remember thinking I was going to throw up, and then getting back to the car. I think we went through a car wash because I remember Brian saying what a good deal the car wash was, i remember throwing up, Brian giving me ice, and then sleeping. Yesterday was a blur. I am sure you could have done without the throw up details, but you knew they were coming. So beyond feeling a little bit dizzy everything is fine, except my cheeks, which are puffy, here is the progress and a picture of them at normal puffiness level so you can see the difference.
Cheeks today, it looks like I am puffing them up, but no that is just how they are. Compared with yesterday the puffiness is going down.
Last night, yes this is a lovely picture. It looks like I have golf balls in my mouth
Ice...
Right after the doctor, look how puffy!
Normal puffiness level... see much better (yes this is in the lab)

Oh, I am so glad you survived! And especially not feeling anything. I had an allergic reaction to the meds they put me under and I had the hic cups the whole time. Which the dr said didn't make the surgery easy!! :) I told you my experience keeps getting better and better. Like I said, this is still NOT my favorite experience!!! Your cheeks look wonderful and sorry you threw up! I am SO glad you posted picts! That made my day.
