Sometimes there are things that just make me angry. I cant describe how angry they make me. I realize that it isn’t the object, the individual, or even the situation in particular that make me want to scream, it is just me not wanting to let go of something small, but still, there are things that make my blood boil. One of the things that makes my blood boil are people that say that “college isn’t for them”, well no it is just people under 30 that say that. I don’t understand that comment, I don’t understand the people that take semesters off, less than half loads, or easy classes. I realize that my college experience isn’t the same as everyone else’s, I even realize that my plans might not be the best for someone else, but still this phrase makes me want to scream. What is it about college that isn’t for you? Is the great learning environment, the increased job potential, or is it just the fact that people don’t get rich going to college that gets you? STOP MAKING EXCUSES, go to class, get a major and move on with your life.
Another thing that ticks me off, rubs me the wrong way, and makes me want to scream is BYU parking. If you have ever had the misfortune of trying to park at BYU you understand my pain. There is something about searching Y lot after Y lot only to pass by empty A lots that just makes me furious. Just thinking about it makes my blood pressure rise- I had a bad parking experience this morning.
UGH!!!!!!

One night this summer while I was on vacation at my in-laws', my brother-in-law who goes to BYU-I had a friend come over who talked to him for a long time about his college experience, which is basically going to BYU-Jerusalem, taking few credits, and spending forever "trying" to get into the business management program (probably knowing that he won't ever get into it). He tried to convince my brother-in-law that he should go do a semester at BYU-Hawaii. I forced myself to stay up late until my BIL's friend left so that I could tell him this piece of advice: "Don't listen to him. Get out of college as fast as you can!" I don't understand people like that either! (Neither does Kyle and that's part of the reason I married him!)
