Brian and I were lucky enough to travel to California to spend the Christmas holiday with my family. We are actually staying for another week, but here’s a quick update. We have been having a glorious time just hanging out, watching movies, and sleeping in. this has been a nice break from our real life of homework, work, and you know general adult responsibilities, and on the plus side we got to skip the horrible snow that has been hitting Utah this last week (it has been raining and chilly here so really we aren’t exactly in the clear, but rain is easier to deal with than snow). This week we plan to visit the USS Midway, attend my uncle’s wedding in Tucson and head home (tear). Here are some pictures to this point in our trip. Warning the pictures arent thrilling because of "privacy concerns" so imagine the fun people

Merry Christmas! I'm glad you guys are relaxing so much. I remember those great weeks of no school and no work! I can't complain because my kids have been sleeping in until 8:45am!!! YEAH. Sounds like we have another family party when you get back. I'm glad its raining there because I couldn't handle this snow knowing you were swimming in the sunshine!! j/k
