Michael had a great time chasing CJ through the yard the other day, we tried to take photos of him with his grandparents, but that idea failed quickly, instead Poppy took a nap and Michael and Grammy chased the cat.
While we were in CA my mom was thrilled that Michael chased her cat, he learned how to do that because he chases CJ constantly, she is his victim 99% of the time, the other 1% he is occupied by something else, or she is smart enough to flatten herself against the ground and play dead.
Grammy loved the kitty chasing game.
Then he got distracted... by the fence.
And then he decided to come back and play, but Poppy was taking a nap, or so it appears, and he had to wake him up.
And then do a somersault.
And laugh
But then he was ready to go again.
But again that fence was alluring.
But not for too long
He got her, but the thrill is in the chase so he went after the camera instead.
but he stopped to pose, because as an only child he is accustomed to not only being the center of attention, but also to having his picture taken... a lot.
Cheese face, totally sums up his personality. He has so many teeth! My tiny baby is gone and replaced with this fun and crazy little boy!
Love those dimples, this kid is darling, I mean I am totally biased, but seriously, darling.
And trouble... lots of trouble, and into pretty much... everything.
What something I shouldnt have (the camera), got to get it!
He is fast, very very fast.

oh, I wish you were only 10 hours away. I would plan another trip on down to you!!! We miss you guys terribly and wish we could snuggle mikey on his real birthday upcoming. Not to mention to celebrate today with you guys! I'm glad you have family there. For living in Texas you really have had lots of visitors! As I look at these pictures I am SO nervous thinking of ALL the spiders Mikey is crawling on and the ones crawling on him and your parents! I do not miss those at all!!!
