I hate saying good bye. I am generally a fairly unemotional person, I can probably count the number of times I have cried within the last 12 months on one hand (most were due to injuries), I don’t really like hugs, and saying things like “I love you” make me uncomfortable. I love Brian’s grandparents approach to good byes, they give a quick hug and say something like “We love you, let us know if you need anything”, and that’s it, its too quick for me to get teary, feel uncomfortable, or avoid the situation- I think all good byes should be this way. This week as Brian prepared to leave for Dallas we said quite a few goodbyes. Even though I am coming back on Sunday I still hated the good byes. I hate thinking that in 3 months I have to say good bye to the Sukers (sorry about the collective mention), the little sukers, and my friends. I think you guys should all move to dallas… there is plenty of room down there for everyone.

Ashley - If you cry I will definitely cry too! Hope your drive was safe.
Personally, I think I want to see you cry because you will miss us and our crazy monkies sooooo much!!! Seriously, it will be SO long before we caravan down to the Lonestar state. But because the kids have asked EVERY day since you have left that they want, "Uncle Brian and Ashley to come back" I think we will becoming sooner. We miss you BOTH already. We had such a GREAT time having you here with us in our home...mushy I know, but it's the truth!!!
