We got to see our favorite kids today, they were big fans of mac photobooth, so here are few highlights for you.
On an unrelated note...Cookies are my "cooking nemesis". I know you are thinking... okay.... I need to explain this. I cannot cook simple things. Easy Mac and Pasta Roni are beyond me, I just cant do it, it is like I over think the instructions and end up messing up something easy enough a 5 year old can make without help. Chocolate chip cookies are like that to me too. I tried two recipes this weekend, one tasted burnt (it was the browned butter) and the other was fine, but not thrilling, confirming my original belief that my children will never have chocolate chip cookies, they will have lemon sour cream cookies, melt in your mouth sugar cookies, triple chocolate cookies, and peanut butter cookies, but no chocolate chip. My kids will also miss out on the joys of mac and cheese (from the blue box), and other prepackaged foods including hamburger helper, pasta roni, and anything that you take from the freezer and put directly in the oven, including lasagna, pasta, and pot stickers. They will however enjoy homemade bread, dinners made from scratch, and a variety of other significantly more exciting desserts, but no homemade chocolate chip cookies in our house.

They are so cute - it looks like you guys had fun this conference weekend! Tell Brian congrats on graduating here in a couple of weeks. Oh and about Wymount....uhhhh...no thanks I'd rather have an experience somewhere else :)
