Have any of you had one person in your life that has had a huge influence on you that you have never met? I have one of those people in my life. Their life and their decisions have helped to shape my past, my present and my future. I have spent many hours wondering what it would be like to meet this one individual, wondering what I would say if we ever met, would I be full of questions, or would I just be thrilled to finally meet them? Would I know them or would I walk past them like a stranger on a street? With that being said if you had the opportunity to meet two people (past, present or future) who would you meet? Just for kicks and giggles let’s say that you have 2 hours to spend with these people. Who would you meet? Why would you meet them? Would you meet a famous person or would you meet an average joe that has touched your life in some way? In case you haven’t figured it out I would choose the second option. But seriously my dear readers who would you choose to meet and why would you choose these two people? If you tell me, I’ll tell you my answers, okay I know we aren’t six but I do want to know your answers.
*What song is the title of the blog taken from, hint: it is my new favorite song (yeah that didnt help any of you)

Ok, Ashley here it is-
The first person I would pick would, of course, be my mom. Two hours spent with her would truthfully change the rest of my life. I would give anything for that! (and if it happened I would of course want you and Matt to be there so you could both know first hand what an amazing mother she is)
For my second person-
I would meet Pele. If you don't know him, I would suggest googling him. He is THE greatest soccer player of all time and an amazing role model for the youth in Brazil (his home country). In the 70s, 80s, and 90s he was one of the first athletes to openly stand against drugs, tobacco and alcohol. He took alot of heat for his decision to not take any money from these companies and to never be involved in any events that were sponsored by any alcohol or tobacco companies. He didn't grow up with a strong religious base or anything, but he instintively knew what he should do. Many people said these decisioins would ruin his carrer, but decades later he is still known as the greatest soccer player to ever walk the earth. He is an amazing example and has great character. (I wrote 3 papers on him throughout high school and college - yes I might be a little obsessed)
Ok - now I want your answers!!!
This is sister blake's favorite song too in case you wanted to know that valuable information. Michael Buble not bubble although that does sound kind of cool
